Once the inspection is complete, we total the scores from each category and provide you with a clear Electrical Safety Score out of 100.

High Risk (10–40)
Urgent safety improvements are required. This may indicate the need for a consumer unit upgrade, partial rewire, or full rewire to bring your electrics up to modern safety standards.

Medium Risk (41–70)
Your electrics would benefit from recommended safety improvements. We’ll provide guidance on the best way to upgrade your system and help you plan the work moving forward.

Low Risk (71–100)
